Today I review chapter  of “Flight Of the Buffalo” .  If you read the first post in the series you know that this is a management book that I decided to review for you guys.

CHAPTER 8 – “Leadership Is Learning”

Change is constant and change is the natural state.  Things are changing far more quickly than before.  Speed is essential and the gold medal goes to the swiftest.  Learn from success without being trapped by it.  Remember that success is ever changing.  Changing leadership behavior doesn’t come easy because it requires learning first.

Think about what things you need to learn, work on people development skills by asking more questions, rather than giving answers.  Talking with your people and customers and learn from your mistakes.

End of Chapter Question: Am I learning fast enough?

Leadership Solution: It’s never fast enough.
