Week 6: The Yoga of Social Connection
I’m so excited that I was able to finish the 6 Week course! I’ve learned so much about YOGA, its history, various styles, breathing techniques, and meditation.
I’ve observed that my interactions have been much happier and I’ve been in a better mood overall. I reached my goal of learning about YOGA, some new poses I plan to practice each morning and completing the 6 week course!
Overall, I would recommend this course and/or learning YOGA for overall well being.
