I got the call last night – Meet at Discovery Green in Downtown Houston to watch the 1st FIFA World Cup Soccer game. Mexico versus South Africa.
It was so hot today I as I rode my bike to Discovery Green to watch the game. I took my Mexico jersey to show my support. When I got there it was packed with Mexico fans. The sea of green jerseys flooded the lawn at the park.
I found a tent with its own TV and made friends with the workers there. Roland worked in promotions and we chatted about the game.
