Today I review chapter  of “Flight Of the Buffalo” .  If you read the first post in the series you know that this is a management book that I decided to review for you guys.

CHAPTER 11 – “What Do Customers Really Buy?”

It is always a great idea to ask your customers about the products you are selling them and listen to their response.  That will be a sure way to find out what customers really buy.  Let your customers teach you about your products.

Leaders focus on customers and so does everyone else by working assiduously to deliver that great performance.  The leader should lead by example, sets the tone, provides the example, and stimulates through constant questioning.
